Hello,
I know your website because I was able to get information and ask for help regarding all the connected devices we are using more and more.
I have a Redmi mobile phone, and for the past few days, I haven't been receiving calls.
I can make calls, but when someone calls me, it goes straight to voicemail where there are strange sounds.
I don't understand why, I've tried to look but I didn't find anything.
I hope someone can help me.

Could you provide a bit more detail about the exact model of your mobile (phone settings)?
The purchase date and when exactly the problem started.
Also, was it after an update, and is the phone up to date?
Have you tried restarting the phone, removing the SIM and SD card, putting everything back, and restarting—even if that seems strange, sometimes you never know.
Have you checked your network provider to see if you have a good signal? I’m not just talking about the 3G/4G or Wi-Fi network but the general signal by looking at the bars in the top right of the phone; ideally, you want at least one white bar, usually a maximum of 3-4, and check if your caller has a signal too.
You can also reset your phone to factory settings; just be careful to back up your photos and files on a computer, SD card, or online first. Also, clean your SD card if you have one in the phone. It's worth testing without the SD card or with another one.
You can also ask your provider if your line is okay and explain your issue, even if I don't have much hope; it doesn't hurt to ask. I'm saying provider or the people you bought the phone from (try both).
I know I’m not really addressing your issue, but if the problem persists despite everything, it’s likely that you need to repair or replace your phone; if you can, make use of the warranty.
I think I’ve covered everything; keep me updated.
