Android Phone: I can no longer watch videos

Hello, I haven't been able to watch videos for two days, neither on YouTube nor Instagram... When using Chrome and going to YouTube I can watch them... It's quite an annoying problem.

Configuration: Android / Chrome 68.0.3440.91. Huawei P8 lite 2017

    Hello,
    • Check that you have access to the Internet on other applications.
    • Make sure the applications are up to date.
    • You can clear the cache of these two applications to reset them.
    • Restart the phone.
    • Then reconnect to them.


    They should work again.

    To clear the cache, go to settings and then applications.
    There you can select one to clear its cache.

      Cache cleared, uninstall reinstall, application already up to date and still not working...

        Reset the device after making a backup of your personal data.

        Hope that the photos, videos, etc. are on a micro SD card to avoid their deletion.
