Family link: can no longer answer calls

Good evening MPMP10,
I have already seen these answers on the forum in different posts.
However, my problem is in no way about bypassing anything.
I noticed that you probably don't know how Family Links works.
When the phone is locked by the measures I set (time limits during the day, locking at a specific time), Family Links allows the child to receive calls, answer them, and make calls.
It's not the phone itself that is blocked, but access to all other applications.
However, our problem is that something happened that has made the "phone simply" stop working.
The fact that my son is blocked from the apps suits me, that’s how it's decided and that’s how it will remain, but not being able to communicate when it's locked is simply a malfunction.
This is the point on which I am seeking help from the community.

In this case, it could have even been my son asking you for help; there’s nothing malicious about this request.

There is nothing here on CCM to be sure that you are indeed the legal guardian so since it is about parental control....
