I can't make calls or view call history.

I have a Realme C65 phone and I can't make or receive calls.

A message appeared saying your phone is designed for a region and you can no longer receive calls. Please contact Realme support.

What can I do to resolve this issue?

    Hello.

    Your phone has a regional lock; for example, if you bought it from a Chinese website, the phone can only be used in the region it was intended for (China and neighboring countries).

    Realme phones had a regional lock until 02.11.2023; devices manufactured after this date are not affected. Your Realme phone must have been manufactured before November 2023, which is why it is locked.

    Check this with Realme support.

    In the future, try to avoid buying a phone from a foreign seller, such as on eBay or a Chinese website, to prevent these kinds of issues.
