Hello!
My phone has been having a problem for a while. I can make calls but I can't receive calls; the people trying to call me go straight to voicemail.
I took the phone to a technician but unfortunately, he couldn't find the problem. However, when I remove the SIM card to put it in another phone, I receive calls perfectly, so I'm requesting your help!

My wife experienced exactly the same problem.
Knowing that she doesn't tinker with it, we contacted the mobile operator and I don't know what they did but it started working again within 10 minutes.
It was on a Samsung Galaxy 6. I don't think the phone model has anything to do with the problem.
Explore this possible avenue.
