Black screen when receiving calls or making calls, and for dialing numbers.

I have a problem, my mobile phone works, but when I receive calls or make calls my screen goes black, so it's impossible to click on the numbers and hang up.
What can I do?
Because I'm really annoyed, if I call and have to dial numbers it's impossible.

    you probably have your proximity sensor activated in the search bar of the general settings, type " call " and go to " call settings " and check all the options!

      I tried to delete the old one and put in the new one, but it's impossible.

      What can I do, please?

        If I'm not mistaken, the discussion isn't about call forwarding.
        As for the black screen, nothing serious: just press the power button to turn the screen back on.

    Hello,

    I also have a Tecno SP.4 and it's really very annoying this difficulty in keeping the screen on during phone calls or when we're on apps like WhatsApp, Telegram, and we want to listen to voice messages.
    For now, the solution I've found is to use headphones. They keep the screen on and allow me to do everything I want.

    Have you found a solution? My pixel does the same thing and I have the same technique but it's really annoying.

    When I press the power button on the side, it ends the call.
