Hello,
I recently bought Ryght Diplo 2 wireless earbuds. They were working fine until now. However, for the past two days, the left earbud won't turn on at all. It won't charge at all, even though I just bought them... The right one works perfectly! I no longer have the receipt, so I can't return them. Well, given their low price, it's not a huge loss, but if I could repair them, that would be great.
Have you ever encountered this kind of problem?
Could it be the charger adapter?
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 95.0.4638.69

Hello,
It's probably an internal battery issue... There are three in these things... one for each earbud and one in the case... and that's also their weak point.
If the left battery is indeed dead, it's game over for it... But you can try some things
-- to attempt to save it... first, swap the earbuds in the case and see what happens...
-- Does the case charge properly?? There should be lights and a display on it...
-- Try with different phone chargers and leave it for at least an hour... to see if there's any sign of charging...
-- There's also the big reset, which can change things... Often, with both earbuds in the case, you need to hold the touch buttons on each earbud for thirty seconds simultaneously... if you don't have another method in your manual...
There you go... give it a try... otherwise, you'll need to buy another one..
