Ryght wireless home speaker sound issue

Hello,
I bought wireless Ryght Gemeo earbuds a few months ago, and I'm having a sound issue; the sound isn't loud even though it's maxed out on my phone. So I would like to increase the volume of the earbuds; I think that's why it's not high. Unfortunately, I can't find the manual. Could someone please let me know how to do it?

Hi, I managed to download the manual online, but there's nothing written on it. I have the same problem from time to time, and to fix it, I recommend pressing the touch button on the earphone until it works again (just spam the button, same thing).
If it doesn't work, then I'm sorry.

There are two solutions:

Either the earbuds can adjust the volume or they cannot, I will explain briefly.

I've been coming here for 2 days to find an answer because one earbud was louder than the other and I couldn't increase the sound via the touch control (I have the Ryght Gemeo2).

After 2 days, I realized that it wasn't a touch issue, but just that the small grille in the center of the earbud was poorly glued and as a result, the sound was very poor.

Solution: remove the small grille from both earbuds and everything goes back to normal.

This unfortunately hasn't helped me. I removed the grid, but the sound is still louder on one side, so I don't know what to do.
