Hello everyone!

Since this morning, my computer has decided to display on my screen when I press a capital letter or not. I have a little light that turns on when I press the shift key, so I absolutely do not need this display on my screen. It annoys me, and I would like to remove it... But I can't find how!

I am on Windows 10 and I don't remember changing my settings, so I don't really understand why this is happening so suddenly.

Thank you for your responses and your help.

Hello.
Settings==>System==>Accessibility==>Keyboard==>Sticky Keys, Filter Keys, and Toggle Keys
This can also come from an application or an option integrated by your PC's manufacturer.

Thank you for your response! I followed your instructions, but I can't find anything that allows me to deactivate this strange display in Sticky Keys, etc. Do you know if there is another step?

As I told you earlier, it could come from an application or an option integrated by the manufacturer of your PC. I can't tell you more. When that notification appears, try clicking on it to see if an option to disable it shows up.

Thank you for your response!

You were right, it was indeed the manufacturer. Your hint gave me an idea.

Clicking on the icon did nothing, but I went to my task manager and checked which application became more active when I pressed the Shift key.

For those who might have the same problem as I did, the issue comes from the "Lenovo Hotkeys" application. To remove it, press Ctrl + Alt + Delete, Task Manager, go to the Startup tab, look for Lenovo Hotkeys, then right-click > Disable.

Thanks again Bazfile, I wouldn't have had this idea without you!
