Hello, I have an Asus Rog GL752VW laptop. It runs on Windows 10/64bits, fully updated. When I turn on the camera in the Start menu, the light near the webcam turns on but there's no image; it stays black. In the device manager, I uninstalled it and restarted the PC, the driver is up to date but to no avail. Can you help me?
