How to rotate my webcam display back to normal?

Hello,

I reset my laptop (Asus K0IN with Windows Vista) and then when I installed Skype, I had a conversation with a friend but the image was upside down.
I looked into Tools, Video Settings, Webcam Settings and nothing works; the indicated settings are not accessible. How can I rotate it, please?

    Double-click on the PNPINST (32-bit) / 2KSETUP64 (64-bit) file to launch the installation.
