Bug GIF story Instagram Solved

Question

Hello,

I have a problem with the GIFs available in stories for the past 3 days. They all have a white background and are no longer transparent.

I have 2 accounts, a personal one and a professional one (linked to a business Facebook page). I tried using my personal account and the GIFs are perfect, but as soon as I switch to the professional one, the GIFs have this white background.

I have already uninstalled and reinstalled everything, my updates are done, and I really don't see what could be causing the issue...

I'm reaching out to you today because I've searched the web for an answer, asked around my friends, but no one has had the same problem as me...

Thank you! Personally, I haven't tried these solutions. Just now, while posting a story from my professional account, the GIFs had their transparent background again. I haven't changed anything, it's weird.

Same for me, it drives me crazy! I reported the issue with a screenshot to Instagram but still no response! I hope it'll get sorted out quickly because it's not easy for pro accounts! Everyone affected needs to report the issue en masse, maybe that will get things moving!

I'm not sure this is related to an update because I'm using the same app for two accounts. How can I explain that one account has this problem and the other does not?

Hello people! I found 2 solutions: -1 install the beta version via your app download system -2: settings > global management > reset settings   Hoping this helps you!
