Connection issue between PS5 and router

Hello,

I bought a TP Link Archer MR600 router, and I have a Bouygues SIM card inside. Everything works with it, my phone via Wi-Fi, my PC, but when I try to connect with the PS5, it shows me this message
"Your Internet Service Provider or router may be preventing you from connecting your PS5 to the internet. Make sure you can connect to the internet through the same network as your PS5 by testing the connection with your computer or mobile device."
If anyone knows the solution?

Thanks

    Good evening,

Your problem is that you are not on the ISP internet... but on 4G which redistributes via "radiotelephony" relays... it's not really the same ... and you have to go through your 4G provider's servers, for me, that's where it gets stuck, depending on the provider, the contract, the commitments, and even the country and mobility.

But the one who knows the answer is Bouygues...

-- Test your PS5 at someone else's place who has a real internet connection with a proper BOX...

      Hello,

have you found an answer because I have the same problem at home. I just bought the PS5, at my dad's the connection works perfectly since we have fiber, but at my mom's we're on a 4G box and when I try to connect to my 4G box it gives me an error message.

      Thank you
