Hello,
my phone is locked, it says "phone freeze sim not available."
does anyone know how to unlock it?
the brand of the phone is: Samsung GT8500

    Force restart your phone by pressing and holding the Power button.

      Procedure UNFREEZE from operator "A" to operator "B".
      To unlock your phone
      I must specify that I cannot be held responsible if this method damages your mobile!
      You must have the unlock code:
      1 - Insert a non-compatible SIM card (the one from operator B)
      2 - Turn on the phone
      3 - Enter the PIN code
      4 - The phone is locked
      5 - Click on Call and enter the following code *7465625*638*CODE*CODE# (2 times the unlock CODE from operator A)
      6 - Don’t panic! The phone does not accept the entered code and shows the error "Phone Freeze. SIM not available. Please contact your operator"
      7 - Remove the battery from the phone, WITHOUT turning it off beforehand
      8 - Reinsert the battery and turn on the phone
      9 - Enter the PIN code
      10 - Everything works
