Hello,

I just received my La Poste Mobile SIM card. Calls and SMS are working well, but I don't have 4G or MMS on my phone.
It's a bit old, and with my previous operator, I had to enter the APN settings manually.
Do you know the settings for La Poste Mobile (MMS server, Internet, etc.)?

Thank you.

The procedure I described earlier involves independently configuring 2 access points, La Poste sets up MMS and Internet on just one:
        https://espaceclient.lapostemobile.fr/mobile/mon-telephone-ma-sim/parametrage

I can't check on my phone which is set to automatic configuration; depending on the phone model, there is also in the connection options a setting for 2G, 3G, 4G, or automatic, and it is obviously necessary for the phone to support a 4G connection, that you are in a 4G area... and not connected at home to Wi-Fi to your box, since it then takes over from 2G/3G/4G.

    Hello,
Is the "somewhat old" phone compatible with 4G?
Also, check the SFR network coverage, as some areas are still not covered by 4G.

Thank you for your responses, but it still doesn't work.
Previously, with Orange, I had 4G, so the phone is compatible.

    I will continue my tests.

I ended up dissecting my phone to check:

      -Network mode: 4G/3G/2G Automatic connection

      Access point:
      Name: Web La Poste Mobile
      APN: sl2sfr
      MMSC: http://mmsdebitel
      MMS Proxy: 010.143.156.003
      MMS Port: 8080
      MCC: 208
      MNC: 10
      Authentication type: PAP
      APN type: internet + mms
      APN protocol: IPv4
      APN roaming protocol: IPv4
Mobile virtual network operator type: none
      Everything else is blank

      Name: La Poste Mobile Modem
      APN: websfr
      Everything else not defined except:
      MCC: 208
      MNC: 10
      Authentication type: PAP
      APN type: dun
Both protocols always set to IPv4 and operator type none

The default access point activated is the first one, the network operator: La Poste Mobile
