MMS settings for Free Mobile

Solved

Hello, I just received the SIM card to have the network under Free Mobile, but I can't set up the MMS on my Samsung Galaxy S. After visiting several sites, I noticed that I need to define the access point and enter all the settings. The problem is that once I have done all that and I press configure, no APN appears in the list, so I can't receive MMS. After searching on the phone, I still haven't found a solution and I'm starting to get desperate!!!! If someone can help me urgently, that would be great!!!!!!!!!

Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 9.0

I believe this may occur when switching from another operator to Freemobile, while keeping your existing mobile phone, of course.

In this case, you need to delete the existing APNs and create new ones.
This operation can be done manually, but Freemobile offers an application called "Free Mobile Config" that can be downloaded and installed from the "Play Store" on Android; this application manages everything directly.

I don't know if this will help: in my case, it worked and resolved my problem (I can now receive MMS).

I'm really not satisfied with Free Mobile; I sent a letter for the refund of the second SIM card; and I haven’t even received it; and now my son has lost or misplaced the phone with the chip; and now; Personal details removed by Moderation

Hello,

I have a similar problem.. with a brand new phone, the Nokia 108DS, which is not a smartphone, I can't let the app work on its own.. I can't find the APN settings. What do you mean by: creating others?

Thank you for your help (ps: the service center number is indeed the one for Free, everything works for SMS)
