    actually,
    the correct depth is that of a spade, 60cm is very exaggerated, the polyethylene or PVC conduits are often at 30cm or less below the public road or sidewalks, it all depends on the expected traffic, don't worry, as long as there's no plowing and no heavy equipment driving over the conduits, there's no problem.
    30cm is fine, I assure you, for a conduit, they're not all at this depth under the sidewalks.
