Hello, given Free's little interest in connecting me to fiber optics, I decided to switch to Orange or Shot. To facilitate the work of the installer, I will run a conduit to finalize the passage of the fiber cable from the garage to the room where I want to place the LiveBox. Does anyone know the desired diameter of the conduit for passing this cable? Thank you for your help.

Hello,
The black fiber cable has a diameter of about 5 mm. So the diameter of the sheath is not an issue. 16 mm is suitable.
But we especially need wide bends, not elbows, because optical fiber cannot withstand tight bends.

What is well conceived is clearly expressed,
And the words to say it come easily.
