Connecting my old landline network to Orange Livebox

Hello,

The Orange service provider has just connected the fiber optic to my home. High-speed internet is working correctly. However, the provider took the easy way out and installed the fiber optic near the arrival of the old telephone line. I just need to connect the phone output of the LiveBox via RJ45 to the old telephone line. On the old line side, I have identified the gray and white pair, and on the Livebox side, I have the RJ45 socket. How do I connect the RJ45 socket of the Livebox to my old telephone line? Which pair and color of the RJ45 socket should I connect to the gray and white pair of my old setup? By doing this, I will redirect the phone to all the dedicated RJ45 sockets for the phone. Thank you very much for your support and advice.

Configuration: Windows / Edge 87.0.664.57

Hello
The phone connects to terminals 2 - 3 on a male RJ11 socket or to terminals 4 - 5 of an RJ45 socket.
Principle:

However, to take advantage of the speed offered by fiber, it would be wise to equip all your existing telephone cables for Ethernet connections.
To do this, connect these cables to RJ45 sockets on both ends, connecting all 8 wires of the cables.
The idea is to obtain something like this

As for the RJ45 female sockets to be installed, the wiring is as follows:
