Disable auto power off - Schaub Lorenz television

Solved

Hello, I have a Schaub Lorenz television model LD28-DH6HDW, which turns off automatically after a certain period if I do not press a button on the remote control.

The problem is that the menu does not offer an option to disable this automatic shut-off.
So, is there a way to fix this?

Thank you in advance.

Good evening,

I can't find the manual.
In the Configuration menu, there's nothing that corresponds?
Second question, is there an energy-saving mode somewhere in the menus?

Best regards

And there is no power saving mode either.

Best regards.

IF you reactivate the auto sleep mode, there will be no change in the auto shutdown options.

Sorry...
In the manual you have, how is the auto stop defined...
Is it if no action is taken on the remote control during the set time?

The auto power-off mode is not explained in the manual, but it works like the sleep mode.
It says "If no action is recorded after 4 hours, the device will automatically enter sleep mode."
So yes, it's if there is no action on the remote control during the selected period.

If it really is this "Auto Stop" that is at fault... we'll have to get used to using the remote control from time to time.

Hello
I had the same problem.
I just realized that in the menu/settings, if the brightness mode is set to "dynamic", you can disable the auto-off feature, while if it's set to "home", the "disable" function does not appear.

I hope I was able to help you.

Have a great day!

I hadn't noticed this subtle modification at all which apparently would trigger the activation or deactivation of the automatic standby mode. I had never paid attention to this on this Schaub Lorenz television model from 2000. I just reconfigured the brightness to dynamic mode in the menu, so I will see if that works. But thank you anyway for your little observation, which could prove interesting and helpful. Best regards.
Léo.

Hello, in the menu search for "Other settings"
then "Automatic power off"

Especially when it’s not there...

Hello. I don't think this is the right manual. It doesn't look like the menu I have.
Here's a photo.

Indeed, I couldn't find the manual for this model and took a similar one instead... :(

But in your image, this Auto Stop after 4 hours seems odd.. No way to set it to Stop.

Precisely.
And nothing in the manual indicates how to completely remove it.
So I thought there might be a hidden menu that allows it, but I don't know if there really is one.

A click on the arrow to the right of the first 4 hours leads where?

It displays the available choices (like in the picture).
