Unable to connect while roaming

My HUAWEI 2018 ATU-L21 only works with a box, does not connect to roaming anymore and always shows me "check your connection"

    what is your operator?

    when you say it works on the box, do you mean the telephony (VoWiFi) or just data?

    And there you go, there you have it ....

    But goodness, how annoying line spacing is!!
