Hello, I installed the Orange TV with the plug sockets; the picture is very good, but the only drawback that becomes annoying over time is a sound delay that occurs after a while. I contacted Orange and did everything they suggested to check, but with no tangible results. Orange is offering me attractive subscription deals, which I refuse as long as this sound issue persists. Can you suggest any solutions? Thank you in advance.

Hello, at the request of Orange, I disconnected everything including the box and then reconnected everything starting from the box, and then reconnected the TV box. Since then, I haven't noticed any sound delay for a week; let's see how it goes over time. In any case, the problem seems to be resolved. Have a good day.

Hello, I have this problem too. I called Orange customer service and they changed the TV decoder for me, it's exactly the same thing. Still this delay, I regret changing providers.
