Hello community,

I’m facing a new issue with the Windows 11 patch. My HP laptop was on Windows 10 and a technician had set up Windows 11 for me.

Updates are no longer happening, despite the 24H2 repair version. It says:

This PC does not currently meet the system requirements for Windows 11. The processor isn’t supported for this version of Windows.

Thanks for any potential solutions; tell me that my laptop isn’t obsolete yet.

Best regards

    Hello,

    You know how to create a .TXT (Text) file and rename or save as Type: All files) with a .REG extension, to add to the registry by clicking on it then.

    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup\MoSetup]
    "AllowUpgradesWithUnsupportedTPMOrCPU"=dword:00000001

    Then restart Windows (Important)

    And download the Windows 11 25H2 ISO file Windows 11

    https://www.microsoft.com/fr-fr/software-download/windows11

    When you have the ISO file, right-click > Open with > Windows Explorer

    Then click on the setup.exe file

    Follow the instructions to "install even if not compatible" without erasing everything, that the brackets showing you keep everything are OK.
