Run away from showroomprivé travel

This message may help some of us avoid a very unpleasant mishap!
If you are considering booking a vacation rental/camping through showroomprivé, my advice is to RUN AWAY!!!!
For your information, offers of this type of stay are sold in overbooking. The management of reservations is just catastrophic; you may find yourself less than a month before departure without accommodation. Contacting a representative is just impossible unless you have a day to spare! And the only proposal from showroomprivé is to be able to cancel without fees ????????????

Thank you for this feedback because I'm thinking of booking my stay for this summer!
Maybe it would be better to go directly through the brands offered on the showroomprivé site, to avoid this intermediary and their customer service which apparently leaves much to be desired?
I just saw that they are promoting offers from this site which seems well-rated:
