Scam of the century!!!! showroomprive claiming to sell authentic rings that come from the jeweler artisan located in the 3rd district. I contacted the jeweler artisan who confirmed to me over the phone that he does not sell anything on showroomprive, that the rings come from China. I called showroomprive to cancel my ring, and the customer service confirmed to me that they can do nothing and that my ring is already in the process of being shipped, even though it hasn't even been 30 minutes since I placed the order. In 30 minutes, a ring cannot be prepared; it already takes time to receive the order confirmation message.
