Hello, I just signed up on the site www.showroomprivé.com and I wanted to know if we can trust it and if the items are counterfeit? Thank you in advance.

Let's be honest, Showroomprive.com is the worst private sales site on the internet.
After placing a multitude of orders on their site, I can no longer count the failures because there are so many!
Order cancellations due to "stock issues" or because "the supplier didn't deliver this item". Everything is done to shift the blame onto someone else! Products in pitiful condition, with footprints on them, foundation stains (have the products ever been worn?). Not to mention the warranty issues!
After receiving a watch, I requested an instruction manual and the warranty for the item. I was told that the supplier did not provide them with this type of item. Do you know any brands that deliver their items without warranties or user manuals? Well, I don't! And certainly not luxury brands! Buying a watch without a warranty, you can find the same ones at the Italian borders for €5...
This site is a collection of lies and dishonesty, add a good dose of incompetence...

Yesterday, I received my first order placed on showroomprivé.com.
The delivery time was fine (about 2 weeks), and the 2 sweaters were identical to the ones shown on the site (it was a "Tequila Solo" sale).
However, upon checking the tags on the sweaters, I was surprised and very disappointed. The old sewn tags had been cut off (there is still the stitching and a bit of the pink tag) and the "Tequila Solo" tag has been sewn on top with a few stitches. I don’t know what you might conclude from this, but for me, "showroomprivé" was a first and a last.
I regularly order from "Vente-privée.com" and I can assure you that these are indeed original items. Everything is perfect. I recently ordered "Pascal Morabito" boots from "achatvip.com" (another reputable site), and I can tell you that from the packaging to the boots, everything, in every detail, was original.
I hope this information can be of some use...

Hello, I have ordered several times from showroomprivé. I think there are much better sites. In terms of price, it's quite interesting but the quality leaves a lot to be desired. Contrary to what I have read, I have never been delivered on time, and that's really unbearable. Plus, sometimes their site messes up a bit.
The best option is still to buy directly from a store during clearances, sales... but it’s true that it takes more time.

an amazing site! I ordered about ten pairs of Converse that arrived after several weeks in a damaged package and oh! surprise! the Converse did not match my order at all, so I returned everything and waited several more weeks without any news.

When was it? It's been a year and a half since I've been buying regularly from showroomprive and unfortunately, I've never seen any Converse, and that's actually what I hold against them because my daughter "demands" Converse.
However, I bought a few Morabito shirts for myself for €15 three weeks ago, some Adidas, Speedo for my daughter lately, some Burlingtons, Lamarthe and Coccinelle bags, a splendid lamb leather Oakwood jacket, some Lespetites, and I won't even mention the Rochas ties and other Montana leather goods.
At first, the delivery times were a bit long, but now everything is fine...except for the site's access being a bit slow this morning
which is why I'm here.
They have Coccinelle suitcases and I need to restock.
I had a Fashion Shopping experience, not easy, they refunded me for a JP Gaultier dress they didn't have in stock.
Just like I've never had any issue with Cdiscount (I'm in Bordeaux and that makes it easier, it's true) or RDC.

I have placed several orders and am completely satisfied to date; the announced deadlines are sometimes a bit long but respected, and depending on when the sale ends, I have sometimes received the package very quickly. As for the quality of the packaging, I find it very satisfactory. I recommend this site for my part.

On a piece of clothing for my baby, a pinned tag said "18 months" while the sewn tag said "6 months"! It was really 6 months when I had ordered 18 months!
On a sunglasses order, I received (with a lot of delay) a model that had nothing to do with the one I had ordered!
In the meantime, I had placed an order for a little dress.....I hurried to cancel it!!!!

I want to clarify that I am not an employee or partner of this site, lol, because I've seen some comments in that direction. I just want to share my opinion, but I must acknowledge that the deadlines are respected, the deals are exceptional compared to new prices, and the products are from well-known brands and brand new. What more could you ask for????
Even though we might encounter some delivery issues or others, this kind of site is a goldmine for true "internet bargain hunters," and I love giving beautiful gifts without breaking the bank.

We have a copy/paste of the commercial argument of showroomprivé. Everything is detailed, nothing is left to chance, from the description of the sections to the conduct of a sale, including the registration procedure and its two possible final choices: "I wish to be informed in advance of sales by email" and "I want to receive offers from Showroomprive.com partners." A meticulous job! All this is concluded with the inevitable overly flattering reviews like "I am very happy with it," negative advertising such as "Unlike some private sale sites," a screenshot of the revered site, and one or two so-called "drawbacks" that aren't: fairly high shipping fees ("7.5 euros for 100 grams," which is the normal rate for a shipping of 100 grams) and three days of delay compared to the expected delivery times (it's quite something when sometimes I've waited over a month, knowing that on the homepage of the site, the cheeky Showroomprivé promises guaranteed delivery times of 7 days!).

I called the showroom site at 0149462448, which informed me that a case has been opened with the post office and that I would receive a refund in three weeks. For me, this site is reliable.

Today I received my package. The dress was sent directly in a bubble envelope, nothing more.
At first glance, the colors and the fabric match. However, trying it on was more difficult. It wasn't a dress, but a skirt lined with a slip supposedly made of 100% silk, to which a piece of fabric in a chiffon style was roughly added, sewn inside out (with seams on the outside and buttons on the inside). The zipper doesn't go all the way up, making it impossible to wear this dress decently. However, if I keep it at the waist, it's perfect, except that the extra piece of fabric and the straps don't work. How can a site like Showroomprivé take itself seriously with such items!! If some are satisfied, good for them, but I think it's a huge scam.

Hello, sorry... I'm just passing by for the first time... I couldn't find how to create a discussion... and I don't have much time... but above all... I CONFIRM... A SITE TO AVOID "at all costs"... AVOID THEREFORE... fashionshopping.com... everything is nonexistent... this is a disaster... especially morally... I am a regular user of vente-privée.com (as is all my circle... among others) and I know I am going to struggle to get my 281 euros back because I returned my first order with them, I had ordered 3XL pulls and I was very disappointed because they were too small (barely 2XL labeled 3XL so poorly... and especially very very thin...). I therefore returned the entire package in its original condition (I received it all flattened because they put everything in a plastic bag (trash?) and not in a cardboard box... I know I am going to struggle but I have to fix this MISTAKE, for that I have done what was necessary... on the net... a bit of mediation... I ordered on March 28, and for several days (at least a good ten) my order was "being processed", but the transfer to the shipping department and the moment it was shipped were very quick (two days). After that, the postal service took forever to "scan" the package (almost a week during which the postal service did not recognize the tracking number), and on the morning of the 15th, it was scanned and two hours later it was in my mailbox.
So in conclusion, I'm happy; I even referred a friend today, and if anything happened to me, I wouldn't hesitate to order again.

Hello, having been registered on Showroomprivé for a month, I have placed several orders and so far everything is going very well: I received the packages within the announced deadlines and well packaged. Especially for dinnerware, perfect! The site is well designed, it's clear which allows you to know where you stand. I came to this site precisely because I went to the fashionshopping site and the way the site is designed (no information on the start and end dates of the sale, sizes advertised as not sold out but which actually are, etc...) prompted me to check consumer reviews. (Needless to say, I won't be trying fashionshopping!). I'm still waiting for three packages from Showroomprivé and I am totally calm.
Showroomprivé lies to its customers and advertises itself on websites by giving its own reviews like "everything is fine at Showroomprivé". I bought several items on their site, and most of the products ordered "are no longer available due to a stock shortage at the supplier," according to a letter I received. If the products are no longer in stock with the supplier, why are they advertised as available (only X left) when ordering? There is a major contradiction for which I would like an explanation. I already have a lead: Showroomprivé thinks its customers are fools.

I ordered once on Fasxxxxxshxxxxg and I had to find the phone on this site for an item to be sent, and still not the right one, but it still satisfied my wife, and I waited 2 months to get refunded for the JPG dress that they no longer had in stock.
I had an experience.......not two
I have never had the slightest problem with Showroom or Cdiscount and even less with Caon Europe on
Ebay just like a few ebayers from HK
As for selling counterfeit goods...shipped from France...that's more fantasy than reality.

Online shopping...in my eyes only concerns the general public....and buying a Citizen, Pulsar, or Adidas on Showroom....seems cheap, doesn’t it?
