Hello,
I had a problem with the Disney sale; my reservation was confirmed for a different date than the one I initially selected on their website calendar. I requested a refund as this is an anomaly (technical issue) on their website. I was able to reproduce the case and I have a video confirming this which you will be able to see on YouTube in the coming hours!!!!! This represents a basic functionality that is not accounted for on their site, and apparently, they are also unaware of its existence... which proves their incompetence.
I assume I cannot be the only victim of this company as it is not really obvious for consumers to realize this.
They stole 1197 Euros from me, made me lose my vacation days and also my husband's, severely disappointed my children and ruined their holidays; I am super furious with them. I am ready to resort to all means to protect my consumer rights as well as those of other victims.
If you are in the same situation as me or have already experienced this without really realizing that the mistake was not on your part, please join me. Also, please inform your circle to avoid being scammed by this unreliable company.
