Problem with abbreviated numbers

Hello,

I programmed my phone with speed dial numbers, but when I press the key for one of the saved numbers to call the person, nothing happens... just a beep like when the line is busy...

    Are you sure you didn't press one of the keys 1 to 6 for too long?
    Because, in that case, you are entering a conversation that allows you to modify the assignment of the number associated with that key

      You put me on the right track by talking about holding down the key. I tried holding down the abbreviated number key and indeed the phone number appears and I can call normally
