Hello,
I have a problem with my HP PC. When I turned it on this morning, I encountered a black screen with the message "Problem 513 Front chassis fan not detected."
By pressing F1, it turns on anyway, but I'm worried about damaging it if there's a fan issue... it makes quite a bit of noise... could it be due to dust or not at all? To the heat? (my desk is like an oven). I work on the computer, so I can't risk damaging it...
Thank you,
Charlotte

Hello,
Do you have a fixed HP PC with a tower?
The phrase "...Front chassis fan not detected" indicates that the front chassis fan is not working. Check that it is properly connected and spinning.

Well, for now the problem seems to be resolved then...
