Hello everyone
I bought an Icone Vogue decoder three years ago and everything was fine.
Until the day I had to enter a new code so I could access the channels on Gogo Live.
I called my nephew who sent me a new code that I saved on 20.03.2021 and it was working.
Then one morning, when I wanted to watch TV through my decoder, it told me that the code is not valid even though it had been about ten days since I entered the new code.
I went into the settings to reinstall the code but it doesn't work.
I tried several times and nothing.
But the main problem is that if I try to reinstall it, the page for resetting shows up but this page remains frozen. I can't enter the information.
Do you have any ideas ??
Should I restore all factory data?
But I'm afraid I won't be able to succeed because I'm clueless in this area.
I have a code received on 20.03.2021. And I am very disappointed.

My decoder doesn't have a button; I can only access it with the remote control.

Hello, I also have icon 030 which no longer triggers! I have my code but it is not recognized. Thank you for your help.
