Error verifying Instagram video selfie

Hello,

For the past two days, my Instagram account has been blocked with "video verification error" "import failure error"

So users can see me but I can't log in

Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Has anyone else experienced the same thing?

Configuration: iPhone / Safari 14.1.1

      For about a week, Instagram has not been working properly: stories not loading, messages impossible to send.
