Hello,
Since yesterday my Instagram account has been frequently displaying a message saying:
TRY AGAIN LATER
We are limiting the frequency of certain actions you can take on Instagram to protect our community.
Given that I'm not doing anything outrageous, just a few likes and a story that I post every now and then...
If anyone has any answers to this issue and how to fix it knowing that I'm not the only one with this kind of problem????????

Generally, it’s if you use Instagram excessively (too many likes or too many subscriptions in too short a time) or if you use a bot to increase your follower count.
These blocks are temporary. There’s nothing else to do but wait.
