I can’t find my subscriptions on Instagram.

Question

Hello, it's been 2 days that when I log into my Instagram account and click on my subscriptions, a message appears saying "unable to load users"; this also happens when I try to look at my friends' subscriptions. What's strange is that I can see my followers. I have tried to log out, restart my phone, and check on my computer, but nothing works. However, my friends can see my subscriptions. Does anyone have a solution??

Instagram prohibits subscribing to or unsubscribing from more than 20 accounts per hour. If you've done so, you will no longer have access to your subscriptions for a few hours or even a few days.. you will need to be patient.

I had the same issue a week ago and it got resolved about 15 hours later
I think it's due to too many profile searches or subscriptions all at once
It just happened to me again but if you access your account from a computer it works normally ☺️

It's exactly the same for me. Yet I didn't unsubscribe or subscribe to more than 20 accounts in the span of an hour. I have this problem several times a week. It goes back to normal after a few hours. I would really like to know the reason. It's very annoying not to have control over one's own account for no reason ???

Clear the app's cache, force stop the app, and reopen the app. For me, the problem is solved. For those who might stumble upon this forum years later like I did..
