What to do when I receive the message "Action blocked" on Instagram?

Hello,
On Instagram, I can no longer perform any actions; a message appears telling me that the action is blocked (I wanted to make a post) and that I must wait until 2019/06/14. What should I do?

      An article that is really very interesting. So a big thank you to you.
      Personally, my professional account has an issue. I can't comment or add text under my posts, and no one is responding. I haven't had any issues with the rules; I was just sick for a month, so my account was inactive.
      I just changed the password, and I will try to leave my account closed for a week, fingers crossed, but it's preventing me from working. If anyone has already resolved this kind of problem, please feel free to contact me
