Unable to access the PlayStation Store

Hello everyone, it's been several months (about 3) that whenever I try to launch the PlayStation Store app on my PS4, I get an error message saying "An error has occurred."
I have connected different accounts on my console and it's the same thing. My friends have no problem using my account on their consoles; they can access it. I find myself unable to download new games, and unable to access the PlayStation Store at all. I have tried logging out and logging back in to no avail. I am therefore seeking your help if anyone has been in this situation before. For your information, I am currently in China, maybe that has something to do with my location, but I'm not sure.

I managed to find the solution to my problem yesterday. I noticed that the time and date set in the PlayStation settings were incorrect (they were two days ahead and a few minutes off the exact time). By simply resetting the correct time and date, I was able to access the PS Store again.

I had exactly the same problem and I changed the time and it worked

You need to go to the 'date and time' settings, select 'set using the Internet,' then click on 'Set automatically,' and restart your PlayStation, and you're good to go.
