Playstation Store "an error has occurred."

Hello, I can't buy the new expansion for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, which is the Heartfire expansion on PS3, and whenever I click on "Confirm Purchase," it says "An error has occurred." I've tried making other purchases, and it does the same thing. A few months ago, it worked, and I don't understand what's happening. I've been waiting too long for this expansion on PS3. Is it my fault? What should I do?

Hello, you can try to connect to the internet x) Seriously though, you need to recharge your PlayStation Store account via the Official Sony® Website | sonyentertainmentnetwork.com because there may be issues when recharging it in Account Management.
