"Credit card information is not valid" PS Store purchase

Good evening, I've been trying to buy something with my card on the PS Store for 3 days now.. I already bought a game and then 5 minutes later when I tried to buy another one it said my information was not valid (code: WC-40382-7). I tried on another console and with another card... but the same
Impossible
What should I do? Thank you.

    What type of card do you have?

    Are you sure that the bank is not blocking this type of purchase? That your limit hasn’t been exceeded or that you don’t have any security on the card?

      I contacted them, and they told me exactly what is written on the error code, so well... and my limit is set to €3000, so it can't be that.

        In this case, only they can "see" and even "know" ... so it is with them that one must deal, in order for them to verify the information related to your PSN account and your card.
