Unable to change the pin code for philips tv 7100

Hello,

Here is the model of my Philips television 49PUS7100/12

I want to update the TNT channels but I cannot do it because a PIN code is requested. Once I am on the page to enter this code, I am unable to change it or enter anything in the box. I can only erase or cancel.
Do you have a solution to this problem so that I can update the channels?

      Thank you for the information, but I had already seen this process. However, nothing is happening because I can't enter the PIN code. I can't write anything. I only have the two options left "cancel or delete" that I can take action on.

        Do you follow the procedure "Forgot Lock PIN code" using the replacement code 8888?
        Procedure described on page 63 which starts at the bottom left and continues at the top right.

        I'm sorry, but I tried to do what you're telling me, but nothing works! I can't change the code and it's still impossible to access any changes in the lock menu. It's really frustrating.

    I cannot enter any code; it is impossible for me in the designated area. I can't input any digits in the code entry field. This is the main issue I'm mentioning.

      In my opinion, you are not in the right place.
      Here you are in the parental lock settings for 10 years..
      It will go up to child lock
      and then find modify the code.

        I am taking a new general photo of the screen before choosing the lock part. You can see the tabs on the left and right. In the lock section, you can notice the available modes. I have nothing else. As mentioned before, I cannot enter a code in the "enter code" box. Access is unavailable and therefore I only have the two tabs "cancel or clear" that I can manipulate.
        I don't see how to proceed. Even when going to change the channel, I am asked to enter the code and so I am also blocked because it's impossible to enter a code.

    Well, I completely agree with you from the start!! That's not the issue and I understand that well.
    But as I explained to you from the beginning, now going back to the first photo, I keep saying "I can't enter a single digit" for the code in the three tabs (parental code, modification, locking). That's what bothers me!!
    I can't find the solution.

      With the remote control arrows, it's impossible to enter the "input frame"?

      Sorry... but as I only know this television through its manual, it's hard for me to say much more.
