try 9999 (or 99999) because on the latest devices the pins are now 5 digits
otherwise try 0000 or 00000 or 1234 or 12345 etc
generally, factory codes are simple, and if you haven't changed it, there should be no problem
for Toshiba, for example, it's 1276 everywhere..
if the simple codes don't work, try to find a customer service for your brand, they will know or check the manufacturer's website for the procedure to change/reset
