Hello,
I am new to this forum and I am asking for your help and I thank you in advance!
I just changed my internet provider and I am leaving Bouygues for Free!
I received my Revolution box and it was installed yesterday by a Free fiber technician. Everything seems to be working well for the TV connected to the box, the computer, the tablet, the phone, etc... However, I have a problem with the TV that is in the bedroom! This one connects to the server via Wifi because it is located far from the box (which had not caused any problems with Bouygues!)...
On this 2nd TV located in the bedroom, I found the name of my new network in the wireless networks, I clicked on it and I was asked to enter the WAP key on the numeric keypad displayed on the TV! Okay, but here I have a problem because this key is quite long (38 characters!), and starting from the 32nd character, it blocks and I can't enter the rest of the key! As a result, I get a message "connection impossible"! (or something similar, I don't remember!)
I tried at least 3 times but I always have the same problem!
Does anyone have a solution to remedy this problem?
Or
Can we avoid entering the WIFI key?
Everything was working perfectly well with the old wifi network (but the key wasn't as long!...)
I would like to avoid changing the password on Free because I have already connected all my other devices! I am thinking that there might be another solution?
My TV is a Sharp Smart TV Aquos net + (LC-32CFE6131E) and I cannot find the answer in the explanatory brochure that came with it, nor on the internet, on Sharp's website!
There you go, I remain at your disposal if you need more information,
Thank you for having the patience to read to the end and for trying to help me resolve this problem!

Hello,
WAP key doesn't exist,
it's actually WPA or WEP, but you should avoid WEP because it's outdated.
Are you sure it's really your Freebox network?
The key to enter is the same as the one for your other devices, not a different one.
I recommend changing the WPA key to shorten it to about fifteen characters.
Make sure to choose WPA on the TV, not WEP.
