Printer connection issue Deskjet 2700

Hello,

I bought the DeskJet 2700 series, and it worked very well when I connected it to my old router.
I moved and got a new router, and that's when the problems started.

I can't connect via WiFi, whether through my PC, my smartphone, or WPS.

Every time it tells me that the WiFi code for the printer is incorrect, even though I note the one indicated on the page I print from the printer.

I've been pulling my hair out for several days.

Can someone please help me?

Hi

the IP must be different with the new Box

uninstall your printer using Revo Uninstaller in advanced mode, and reinstall it

PS: the installation is done with the USB cable unplugged, you will connect it when the installation prompts you

download Revo Uninstaller to your desktop --> click here

right-click on Revo Uninstaller, and choose "run as administrator" to install it
