Hello,
I just bought a 5MP PTZ ctronics camera, the wifi connection is normal via my smartphone but to properly set it up I need to go through a PC with P2Pclient and an Ethernet connection.
However, as soon as I plug in the cable the connection drops and P2P client detects my camera but offline.
I made sure to change the wifi network name and the password so that they don't contain special characters or particular letters as indicated in the manual but nothing works... I also tested with another cable than the one provided, checked the different drivers of the network cards, uninstalled and reinstalled said cards, reset my network settings as well as the camera several times...
I'm lost here :(
HELP...please
Bruno B.

Good evening and thank you for putting my message in its place... sorry.
Actually, the interface available on the mobile is quite limited. It's a motorized camera with zoom function and person tracking; moreover, you can choose the area to monitor to avoid receiving unnecessary alerts, but all this is configured via a PC. The P2P client is the software that specifically allows all these settings.
I don't understand why it's not working; the camera remains desperately offline as soon as I plug in the Ethernet cable.

Try connecting the two to the box via Ethernet; if it's using DHCP IP protocol, it should work.
