Hello,
I have a little problem, I bought this bulb
https://www.action.com/fr-be/p/ampoule-led-multicolore-connectee-lsc-smart-connect-3/
and I just can't get it to work, I have followed all the steps and the bulb doesn't blink or light up at any point.
Is there a specific socket needed for this type of bulb? I have never used one before.
Thank you for your help!

My box does both yes (Proximus), can that cause a problem?
Otherwise, no pairing occurs when I try to connect the bulb.-
So it is possible that the non-manageable bulb only sees "5G" and not 2.4, but does not differentiate, and therefore we keep going in circles. I had this type of issue with industrial equipment, and we had to force the hardware (scanners and whenever possible) and/or access points to only 2.4 or 5, otherwise it kept disconnecting.
In the management of the box, it is sometimes possible to force only 2.4 and "turn off" 5 to test the pairing.
If it works, that is indeed the issue; after that, we need to see if it will continue to work when re-enabling 5, and that's not certain at all.
Unless you buy an equivalent that does both.
