How to return a package

Hello,

I received a package from the company eabne in the USA. It was delivered to me by Petit Colis Distribution in Tremblay-en-France. Should I return it to the courier who will then send it back to the seller? I have no address for the seller

In the SENDER section, I have the address of PETIT COLIS DISTRIBUTION

Thank you for a quick response. I feel like the seller I contacted seems to be dragging things out.

Hello

The product does not match either the proposed quality or even the photo of the item on the site. I ordered based on the arguments and photos, and the item has nothing to do with it.

  OK, obvious non-compliance.. But unfortunately the site seems to be outside EU law.. In this case, an exchange or refund is very unlikely..

  Returning a package without the sender's agreement leads to a 95% chance of losing the package (It goes through Customs in the seller's country).

They sent me a list of 20 pieces of information to provide in order to claim a refund (to discourage me and make me give up) but no address.

Reading the Terms of Service would suggest that it is (???) a UK law site..

SECTION 18 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK.

Otherwise, no identification of the site (Legals..), nothing found in the UK RCS.. Probably hidden elsewhere..

Incredible discounts do not characterize reliable websites..

The only means of contact: a shabby email..

No way to do more.. Better to forget about the refund..

Have already seen 'complaints' regarding 'wig' sites that are vaguely dodgy..
