Houla, the worst seller on the internet. Avoid. I didn't know before ordering on price.....r.com, actually the shop of the internet! I received the items without invoices even though it's new equipment guaranteed for 1 year. Since then, they tell me the invoices were sent by mail (I haven't received anything, strange!) then after 2 weeks of waiting, I emailed them (1 week goes by and still nothing). This company is a scam, it stinks of trouble, how can it exist on so many platforms including price.....r.com? What’s certain is that if my complaint with them doesn’t go in my favor, I won't buy on pricem...r.com ever again, that's for sure!

It's been a week since my package has been with the carrier!! I call customer service and the girl who answers is extremely unpleasant!! (If she doesn't like her job of answering customers, she should change careers!!) The person tells me that she will contact their delivery person and that I will get a response "soon." "Soon"??? I've been without a refrigerator for several days because I'm waiting for this delivery and now I have to wait for them to decide to contact me to tell me where this refrigerator is that they didn't take a minute to process the payment for!! What a joke!! AVOID!!!!! ABSOLUTELY

Having made a purchase last week at La Boutique du Net through one of their partners, I can tell you that I am extremely disappointed!
They simply refuse to comply with their legal obligations, even though their cost is already borne by the customer; customer service is mostly unreachable and when you manage to get someone, they don't hesitate to hang up on you! La Boutique du Net is a dishonest merchant, it's a real scam! Run away!

The customer service is a disaster. I bought a washing machine. It worked twice, they don't want to take it back, they want to force me to repair it. A supposedly brand new product. The return conditions? Even if the product is faulty, return the device in its original packaging without visible tape, the product is under plastic and who keeps the plastic from the packaging??? You have to send the device back at your own expense (a washing machine!!) the device must be in a sellable condition (sorry, the product doesn’t work!!) if it gets damaged by the carrier, it’s your responsibility (of course). I strongly advise against it!

I ordered a dishwasher. When I received the delivery confirmation, surprise, your item remains on the ground floor. Moreover, the carrier is not serious...
The people who respond to you by email are not very nice...
Conclusion: never again ordering from this site. It's cheaper, but there are reasons for that.

Dishonest customer service that does not respond to claims by email, with a receptionist who hangs up on you if you contact them by phone. For my part, I've never seen anything like it during my online purchases. STAY AWAY...

Exactly, that's it. I had a bad experience buying a washing machine from this store, and when I installed it at home, it didn't work because a part of the motor was faulty, so it was a manufacturing defect from the start. I took it back to them and got it back after two weeks, but it still didn't work, and they told me it wasn't their fault and that they had to send it to the manufacturer for a month of repairs. In the end, I'm considering suing them, and I found my happiness in a laundry and ironing service at home (https://ferplayservices.fr/) that delivers within 24 hours. I highly recommend being cautious with online purchases and counting to 1000. I prefer to pay a little more and have peace of mind rather than spend my time claiming my rights!!

Hello,

The online store, basically, has a non-existent customer service. Not a single response to my ten follow-up emails to check on the status of my refund. While I quickly received an email confirming that the payment had been received. And when, after 10 days without a response, I called 0481471373, the person on the line replied with a curt tone that refunds are processed within 30 days!!!!! 30 days!!! Yet there is no mention of this long delay on the site. In the end, I do not recommend this site to anyone.

Hello, this comment will surely help others make their choice. I made my first purchase this month on an online store. For reference, it was the NT554 steam mop. When I confirmed my order, it said that I would receive my package within 48 to 96 hours, but I received it after 2 WEEKS! Having paid €11.50, I find that unacceptable! I wrote them an email and received a response stating that the 48 to 96 hours referred to the delivery time but not the preparation time of the package, so basically they took 2 weeks to prepare the package and 2 days to send it to me.
Once I received the package, I was very surprised by the packaging. It's not the first time I've ordered online, but it's definitely the first time I've seen such poor packaging! Luckily my mop was fine; anyway, I couldn't imagine telling the delivery guy, sorry, I'm not taking the package, when I had been waiting for it for 2 long weeks! In the end, I will not order from this site again.

I completely agree, I bought a reading pillow with armrests, this pillow is barely enough to support a child in a seat, it's so small. I will never order from this shop again, don't make the same mistake as me, don't get fooled.

I ordered on 01/06/15 from Pixmania, which is actually the online store
In the order receipt, it was stated that the information related to the delivery could be found on the merchant sheet in my private space.
Since this was not the case, I immediately sent an email to Pixmania, asking them: Where to find the information related to the carrier, what was the duration of the warranty, and whether they would take back the old machine.
On 01/07, Pixmania advised me to contact ***@*** (or by phone). Since I like to have records of the responses I receive, I sent them an email the same day.
No reply.
On 01/12, I received an email saying that my product had been shipped.
On 01/14, the online store probably thought that I had been delivered, replied: 1-year warranty and the return of your old device is not included in the delivery.
On 01/14, I informed them that in accordance with the current legislation for distance selling, I was exercising my right of withdrawal and that it was unnecessary to deliver to me. I specified that they are obliged to collect the old equipment, and that they charge an eco-tax for this. And I refused the delivery.
On 01/15, the online store replied, telling me that they would take back the old washing machine if I brought it to Lyon (I am in Picardy), and that if I refused the delivery, return fees of 79.96 would be charged to me, whereas the delivery costs amount to 46 euros including tax
On 01/15, I wrote to them that they should not charge me this amount, as they are not fulfilling their obligation to take back the old equipment.
On 01/16, they acknowledged receipt of my last letter and confirmed their previous response.

For me, there is an attempt at fraud, as they respond within 24 hours except to my first question which took 7 days to get an answer, which I am convinced arrived when they thought I had been delivered. Moreover, it seems abnormal to me that they charge almost twice as much for return fees as for delivery fees. I consider these actions to be dishonest.

It is now January 28, and I am still not refunded.

I ordered from Cdiscount but it was actually the online store, first order: a ceramic hob with a broken glass upon arrival.
Second order: the withdrawal period has expired and no gesture on their part for the return. Even after years of ordering, don’t count on any recognition in case of a problem. Next time, I will look elsewhere.

I already ordered a fridge from the Boutique du Net and honestly, it was catastrophic.
I ordered with delivery to my home (inside because I live on the 4th floor and I can't move the fridge since it's so heavy). I took a day off to receive it, and the deliveryman left the fridge on the sidewalk. He didn't want to know anything, wouldn't take it upstairs or even help me to get it into the lobby (there are 3 steps).
So I contacted the Boutique du Net: they didn't want to hear anything, and told me "that I should have better organized myself." When I replied that if I hadn't paid for home delivery, I would have organized myself, they responded that they would charge me fees for refusing the package.
That was three weeks ago, and despite my incessant calls, nothing is moving.
I'm at a point where I'm going to contact UFC Que Choisir… So I absolutely do not recommend this seller! It's shameful!!

et well, I ordered a Blu-ray player from them on 03/07/2103 and they cashed my payment, but I've heard nothing from them. I sent them an email, and they weren't nice in response; they just keep pushing back the delivery date. As soon as I receive my package, I will never go back to them—stay away at all costs!

One week delivery delay instead of the 24 hours announced... and even that!!
BAD INITIAL CHOICE OF CARRIER: it should be noted that delivery to Corsica in 24 hours (announced at the time of purchase) from the mainland is only guaranteed by Chronopost by air: all other carriers transport goods by water between Marseille and Bastia
- non-functional delivery tracking link: "dead link"
- information provided by the "logistics" service, after contact with this service, is fragmented and not followed up without my prompting
- Carrier "geodis" ineffective: contact in Corsica (Sté ERSA in Furiani completely incompetent (computer system down for three days, delays in unloading trailers from the mainland, delivery to an improvised "relay point" in Île Rousse instead of making it available in the warehouse as agreed)
- Lack of packaging: projector shipped directly in the manufacturer's packaging (fortunately well designed)
OVERALL: site offering interesting rates, a possibility of payment in installments, but an "logistics" service ineffective and completely to be rethought

I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST IT!!
The prices are attractive, the "warranty" promises are enticing, and then... nothing!
I contacted them due to a malfunction on my computer, under a 2-year warranty (I specifically bought it on this site for the warranty) and they insist that the device was only warranted for one year. Indeed, checking my invoice on their site, it doesn't state the actual duration of my warranty anywhere!! So I have no proof! And when, the next day, I tried again to access my account to retrieve my invoice, it had disappeared!
Then my account got blocked!
I contacted them again via email asking for explanations, and they told me that I must have entered the wrong password (strangely, I had saved it for this site) and they sent me my invoice by email.... Altered (different sale date, and different order number)!!!
A disgrace!! I am left with a malfunctioning device that cost me 900 euros and is less than 2 years old!!

They are scammers, absolutely do not order anything from them! I ordered a product on October 3rd, which was supposed to be delivered between the 9th and the 16th, and I'm still waiting for it. They supposedly lost the order and sent me another one. I wanted to cancel, but when the package is in transit, the return is at my expense, so we have no choice. This is the last time I buy anything from them.

I ordered a built-in oven, first delivery, the oven was damaged at the front, three weeks later, second delivery, the oven is damaged on the top and the front, I refuse it. Not wanting to make a third attempt, I request the cancellation of the sales contract and a refund within 14 days of the amount paid.
