Hello,
XEROX WorkCentre 6515DN, Windows 10 64
When I print, it prints a few sheets then stops and indicates a paper jam. I've checked, and there is no paper stuck. If I remove the manual feed tray and press print, it seems like the roller isn't grabbing the paper.
Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 89.0.4389.82

Hello,
You have a professional printer (like a photocopier) in your hands.
If it's this wheel, you probably won't be able to change it yourself, especially if it's still under warranty.
