EPSON 415 paper jam without paper

Hello,
I’ve looked for topics that could help me; there are some that are somewhat relevant, but I haven’t found anything substantial.
My printer is an EPSON 415, it’s about a year old at most. There have been issues with cartridge recognition that I resolved by buying the appropriate ink (the expensive one).
Now it’s indicating “Paper jam,” but there’s no paper.
I’ve looked inside, and everything seems fine.
I’ve browsed the forums; there is this program that resets Epsons, but I have a Mac, and I haven’t found a link for Mac. I’m lost; I might just end up splitting my stomach open unless someone finds a solution.
