Very slow Devolo powerline connection

Hello everyone!
Out of the blue, the Ethernet connection of my desktop PC (connected to a Proximus devolo wifi booster) has become very slow/unstable. I'm easily fluctuating between 50 and 280ms.
- I have uninstalled and reinstalled the network drivers several times.
- The Wi-Fi for other devices works normally.
- I ran scans with CCleaner and Avast, no malware found.
- I rebooted the internet box and unplugged and replugged the devolo wifi booster.
Does anyone have a solution?
