Hello,
I have been having a problem with my Devolo dLAN® 550+ WiFi socket for a week now.
I used it for over a month without any issues, whether with my computer, game consoles, or phone.
But for the past week, my connection has been dropping at regular intervals for several minutes (the outages can last up to an hour) and it doesn't work with any of my devices, whether they are connected via Ethernet or not. This is very bothersome to me, as I use the Internet a lot.
Do you have a solution?
Thank you in advance.

Try this (it worked for me): You need to reset all the plugs: long press the button on the transmitting plug (the one connected to the box), and for the receiving plugs, press with a needle in the notch or download and install the plug management software > update > settings > reset (return to factory settings); resynchronize the plugs in the same room as the box, then reconnect them to the desired locations; it may be that during a Wi-Fi search, the name "Devolo" is replaced by that of the box.
yes, that's the basic thing to do when it doesn't work at all.
But if we have intermittent cuts due to electromagnetic pollution, it might not necessarily fix it.
Unpair by holding the button down (10s) or using the reset button on the devolo.
Re-pair by pressing for a short time (2s) while plugging them into a power strip, that's more convenient.
