Why is my Devolo flashing red?

Hello,  Recently, I bought a Devolo Ethernet powerline adapter that I connect to my box, but instead of the light staying white, it blinks red... can you please help me?  Thank you.    Configuration: iPhone / Safari 12.0

Hello, my devolo is also flashing red instead of white and is not working anymore. Could someone help me solve this problem, please? Best regards

Hi, have you read the documentation? It's certainly time to do so. Please try to re-pair your boxes. After that, if your electrical installation is not compatible, it's better to forget about powerline adapters.  -- And... there you go!

Hello, I had this issue, you just need to take 2 powerline adapters and plug them into a power strip to pair them, then press the reset button for 10 seconds and then for 2 seconds, and it’s done, everything works perfectly. Have a great day!
